Registration fee (VAT excl.)

Terms and conditions
Upon completion of your online registration, you will receive a confirmation email and invoice. For any additional information regarding your registration, please contact us at vlaamsebuiatriecongres@gmail.com.

Payment
All payments must be made in EUR (€) and received prior to the conference. The online registration site is secure. 

Major credit cards such as VISA and Bancontact are accepted. Payments via bank transfer are accepted until October 1, 2025. 

Cancellation and refund policy
In the event of cancellation, written notice must be sent by email to vlaamsebuiatriecongres@gmail.com.

The following cancellation fees apply:

• Before September 5, 2025: full refund minus an administration fee of 75 €.
• From September 5 to September 25, 2025: 50% refund.
• As of September 25, 2025 or if the participant fails to attend: no refund.

All refunds will be processed within 30 days after the conference.

Liability
In the event of government intervention or regulation, military activity, strikes, or any other circumstances that make it impossible or inadvisable for the congress to take place at the scheduled time and location, the participant waives any claim for damages or compensation—except for a refund of the registration fee, minus any actual expenses already incurred in connection with the conference.

No further liability shall rest with either party.
